We stand behind our beef and will make it right with you. Call us as soon as possible!
How can I cancel my order?
We understand life happens and we make every effort to work with you should you need to cancel or delay or order. Please call or email us should you need to make a change
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes! As long as we have the availability to fulfill your new request, we will work with you to ensure you receive exactly what you need.
Why can't I place my order directly on your website?
Being a small family run business, and that we sell out every year, we find that its the best way to manage our inventory to take the orders manually. This allows us to ensure the best possible service to our customers and make sure we are able to fulfill all of our customers orders.
How can I donate my pumpkins?
Every year following Halloween and Thanksgiving we collect pumpkins from the community. VSP cows love their pumpkins. Contact us for drop-off locations.
What Our Customers Say
"VSP provides an outstanding product with great customer service. We have ordered beef from them 2 years in a row and low that it is fresh, high quality, 100% grass-fed, and raised right here in Pleasant Valley."
Travis O.
"I get two whole beef a year and keep coming back. I always believed that if I ate the best, my body would thank me. I recently got my bloodwork done and I was optimal for cholesterol and triglycerides. This beef is high in CLA & Omega 3 fatty acids and much lower in saturated fat. If you are a steak lover, here's the way to eat it guilt-free."
