We Offer our Beef for Three Types of Freezers.

Ground Beef
Our ground beef is available in lots of 10, 20, more pounds each month. They are supplied in one pound frozen packages.
Beef Boxes
A variety of premium beef boxes are offered. All beef boxes are offered monthly, August to December or quarterly.
Custom Beef Portions
Custom grass finished beef available in quarters, half or whole, butchered to your needs.
Being local ranchers our beef is by reservation only.
Custom Butchered Quarter, Half and Whole Beef
If you are looking to stock your freezer with grass finished beef, select from a quarter, half, or whole beef whichever is the perfect option for you and your family. Our beef is competitively priced and locally raised with care. Our beef typically weigh about 1,300 pounds live weight, with a hanging weight (after removal of non-edible parts like the hide) of about 600 to 700 pounds. Our beef is priced at $7.25 per pound hanging weight. Your packaged beef will be about 60-65% of the hanging weight and includes vacuum seal, cutting and wrapping.

You choose your beef box. Medium size freezers are perfect for any one of our beef boxes and you can order as frequently as you'd like. Whether you are grilling steaks, roasting ribs or cooking tri-tip, we've got a box for you. Choose your beef box from the options below.

Looking to try out our beef before investing in a larger beef selection? Have limited freezer space? Ordering our ground beef is a great way to accomplish either of those. Our ground beef is lean, running around 90/10 or better and is available in various quantities. Our minimum order being 5 pounds for $50, or you can get 15 pounds for $140, or 25 pounds for $230. Our ground beef makes Sunday BBQ's the best! Ground beef is offered monthly, but note we typically sell out prior to pick up day. So we recommend you reserve yours as far ahead as you can. Organs, Bones and Beef Fat
We offer beef heart, liver, kidney, tongue, spleen, oxtail, sweetbreads and tallow in small packages. So if you are eating for yourself or making food for the dog we have what you need. Use beef tallow as your dietary fat?? We offer tallow so you can make your own to eat or for your skin.
